I will cook for a minimum of six guests, but probably no more than 40. Cooking for the smaller more exclusive dinner party is my preferred option. Tell me what style of dinner party/catering event you are looking for and I will draft bespoke menus based mainly on local Suffolk, Norfolk & Essex seasonal ingredients. You might like a three or seven course meal; shoot lunch; wedding rehearsal meal; canapes and petit fours; buffet or sharing platters. I can provide it all. And if you’d prefer a home delivered supper to finish yourself, I do that too.

Don’t worry if you haven’t enough plates, glasses etc. I can organise everything to be delivered to your home. I take the stress out of entertaining. Simply allow me to make your meal a truly memorable experience.

The process I go through when you book in with me…

How I Work

I finish preparing my dishes in your home. I’ll provide printed menus and napkins for all guests. Vegetarian & vegan menus are of course provided but you won’t find me cooking with over-processed foods. If you wish, I will advise you on the best wine pairings for the menu you have chosen. Canapes, petit fours, cheeseboards or even specialist Turkish coffee can be provided. And of course I do the washing up. Nothing is too much trouble.
