Everywhere you look in beautiful Suffolk & Norfolk you will sea acres of wheat, barley, peas, cabbages, potatoes, pigs & more. Regularly you will have to stop to allow a proud pheasant strut across your path. I seek out the very best for my menus. I’ll cook what I can source locally.
