About Me


I started cooking many years ago in catering college in Dublin, Ireland. In the late 1980s my catering experience (mainly front of house) took me to work in hotels, private dining rooms from County Cork to London and The House of Commons.

My passion and true love has always been in cooking but I can only now realise my life’s long dream of becoming a private chef. I’ve cooked in Tuscany, Abruzzo, and Ireland  for family celebrations, in Cornwall, Buckinghamshire and run a fish monger shop in Bedfordshire.

I’ve graduated (Highly commended) from Ballymaloe cookery school (Organic farm), Ireland.

I live in Framlingham, right in the heart of Suffolk. East Anglia is my food supplier. I’m in pure heaven with the amazing abundance of fabulous ingredients on my door step. I get my cooking inspiration from pouring over my numerous cookbooks and visiting my local farm shops, fish mongers, butchers. Whatever is their best offering, is what I cook with.

I adore spice and so love cooking Middle Eastern and Indian menus. Organic produce will always get my preference but I also recognise good ingredients from small artisan producers.

I offer the best quality, bespoke private dining experience in your home. I also cook home delivery suppers.

I design menus around whatever your celebration might be, specialising in the smaller , more intimate family and friends gatherings.  I use only the best local and sustainable ingredients, sourcing from the many excellent local suppliers on our Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex door step.
